We have 2 rooms for rent in an independent zone of the house, With Between them one bathroom. -Single Room (single bed, one desk, big closet, luminous window, shelves ...)-Twin room (Two single beds, big closet to share and two sinfoniers, two desks, shelves ...) SERVICES WE OFFER: -Brand new mattress, sheet set and towel set. -Daily Cleaning of your room and bathroom. Washing and ironing -Daily of your clothes (with the maximum care). -All Bills included. -High Speed wifi THROUGHOUT the house. -MEALS: (I am a great cook, cooking lover, expert in Mediterranean cuisine, but I'm also open to cook what you like best) -Breakfast (prepared breakfast when you 'wake up) -Lunch (a little you'll break take at college) -Lunch (the big meal of the day, at about 2 o'clock. WHO WE ARE: Hi, My name is Esther, I'm 46 years old and I live with my daughter Claudia. She's 22 and she's a student. I have a career in fine arts, and I work at home. We are Both outgoing, kind, polite, friendly, comprehensive and respectful. We both speak Inglés, but we will be happy to help you With Your Spanish.Being at my house, you will feel at home. We will treat you as a family member. We know (from personnel experience) That being away from home can be Difficult, and we'regoing to help you to make your stay more comfortable. My daughter was Erasmus in London, and that's why I will treat you as I'd like her to be Treated. We are looking forward to meeting you!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
