I am 57 years, I am a modern and lively woman in a 3 bedroom apartment very comfortable, clean and well connected to the center (5 minutes from downtown Valencia) I have had 9 years of experience with foreign students and have always come back to visit .

About the Area
Our house is 5 minutes from the center of Valencia on a very bright and cheery neighborhood with many shops and the metro stop at 50 mts. house, whereupon access to the city center is a detached room inmediato.Dispongo 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge. The kitchen is spacious and I really like to cook and spend time there. I have a 25 year old daughter still lives with me and a son of 30 who is living with her partner. Especially have much contact and weekends we organize family meals or dinner almost every week. I think we are a very fun and outgoing family but respect is always above all. A greeting.

Ana is a most wonderful host. She made me so welcome, was fun, kind and caring. We have become friends and will definitely meet again. Ana's apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean, and very convenient for the metro and the city centre.

Ana Maria ist eine sehr herzliche,lustige Gastmama.Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Unterkunft ist sauber,zentral gelegen (nur 5 min zu Fuss zur Metro).Ein Supermarkt und Cafes sind ebenfalls gleich nebenan.
Wir haben uns englisch und spanisch unterhalten.Man kann bei Ihr eine sehr interessante Zeit verbringen und viel über die spanische Kultur, das sehr leckere Essen und den Alltag in Valencia lernen.
Sie hat ein grosses Herz, ich bin gekommen als Gast und gegangen als Freundin.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
