Marco was friendly and the location of the appartment was okay, close to a parc and public transport. But I didn't feel well in the app. It was dark, dusty, very oldfashioned and used. It didn't seem to have been renovated since the nineties. Nothing coulourful, young and fresh. It also was quite noisy, other habitants of the app. took shower during night, so I needed my earplugs. My bed was very short, maybe 1,70 m, which wasn't really comfortable.

Марко очень приятный мальчик, все по возможности комфортно, немного далековато пешком ходить до центра, рекомендую. Gracias Marco!

Muchas gracias Marcos.

Marco is a nice, helpful and just a good person who met me, explained and recommended me a lot of places which i should visit when i arrived. The flat is situated in 20-30 minutes away by walk from the center city but it worth because the area is rather quite and while you are walking to the center you may see a lot of beautiful and unique places, streets and bildings. However, you may find a metro station in 5 minutes from the house

Marco is a nice, kind and polite host! The flat is a little bit far from the beach and it is collocated 15-20 minuts on foot from the center. Anyway the room was comfortable and big. Great experience in Valencia!

Marco was accommodating and friendly when I arrived, explaining about the facilities in the apartment thoroughly. I felt at home and used the kitchen to cook and the washer to do laundry. Room was small but adequate with more than enough storage space, and the airconditioner was a bonus and really helpful in hot Valencia. The apartment is big and it's being shared by other flatmates, who were all friendly as well. Just don't expect a "homestay" experience in the traditional sense as you'll mostly be on your own. Oh, and the bathroom lock was not working properly and being the only female in the apartment it was a bit unnerving but I never felt unsafe staying here so it was fine in the end.
