I rent a cosy room (can be double or single) e in a spacious, modern apartment. Located at the top floor of a restored building .
In the room there is a double bed, large wardrobe,a desk... Perfect and comfortable for 2 people!
There are two bathrooms in the appartment, one of them is on your disposal during your stay.
Bed linen, towels and wifi internet connection are included.You can use the kitchen only to prepare breakfast and quick dishes in microwave. I leve some space in the fridge just for you. There is a separeted waredobe with the dishes you can use. I'm sorry, but some of my previuos guest were not able to use more complicated things...
There are 2 bathrooms in the appartment. During your stay one opf them is only for you. The acces to the bathroom is from the corridor, not directly from the room.The neighborhood is very quiet. There are supermarkets, fruit-vegetables shops, bars and restaurants and whatever you need nearby. There is a metro station (lines 1 and 5) few minutes walking from the house. You can arrive to the center in 10 minutes, to the beach in 25 minutes and to the airport in 45 minutes. There is also a bus stop just in front of the house (it brings you to the center in about 20 minutes). I live with my cat. If you don't like cats or are allergic to them, please choose another accomodation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
