My house locates in Luchou District, New Taipei city, Taiwan. New building, new community. Near MRT Sanmin high school station. Opposite to National Open University. 3 mins walk to National Open University. There is 3 rooms in my house. One master bedroom and two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, balconies. All new fully furnish. You can choose master bedroom or another bedroom.
My Anti and cousin use one bedroom when they come to Taipei. I and my husband live near Luchou. When you choose my home, you will have your own bedroom. Share public space.
We speak English and Chinese, Taiwanese mandarin.

About the Area
My house locate in the center of Luzhou District of New Taipei City. The birthplace of Luzhou. So you will see a lot shops and the biggest temple, Luzhou The Forbidden City Museum, and all kind of schools in this area.
My house is in a whole new community. new building with private garden and swimming pool and gym. Trees and grass around our community.
School information:
National Open University-2 mins walk. opposite of street.
Luzhou junior high school-5 mins walk (back date of school)
Luzhou elementary school-3 mins walk.
Sanmin high school-8 mins walk.
There is kindergarten in Luzhou junior high and Luzhou elementary school.
My house near MRT. you can take MRT around Taipei city and other sub-cities around Taipei city. Also MRT to National airport. MRT to Taipei city about 15 mins. MRT to airport 40 mins.
Take MRT to Taipei main station 20 mins.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
