Hi there,
I hope you are my next guest! Let me tell you about myself...
This is Burak.
I am a friendly, patient, hard-working, trouble-shooter. Firm, yet flexible.
Professionally I am an open source user, supporter, full-stack Web Developer who has already developed several well-known websites and applications.
I am not a person who enjoys living in a big city, but I live here in Istanbul because my place is quiet, has a flower-filled garden, is full of fresh air and is surrounded with real local life.
A little chaos is ok, but I do not like mess and dirt. My brother helps me care for my place and I will welcome you to a clean, comfortable, quiet and cozy home.
Honesty is important to me so I only use real photos taken by me or a guest who stayed before you and promise there are no photo tricks!
I welcome Travelers who appreciate local life and culture, are considerate of my neighbors and value my genuine efforts to make your stay memorable.
As a final note, I started renting my places because I like to meet new friends and learn about different cultures. I also want to have more knowledge and experiences for my upcoming dream-project for travelers...

About the Area
My Apartment is located in the hearth of Old-Town. Only 450-500 Meters away from famous Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Tram Line.
My neighborhood is very quite, fresh and clean air, local restaurants, supermarket is only a few meters away from my apartment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
