I am located within the county of Essex which is in the Eastern region of the UK. 15.65 miles East from the centre of London, 18.12 miles South West from the centre of Chelmsford, 20.05 miles North West from the centre of Maidstone and 30.47 miles South East from the centre of St Albans.
Aveley is an outer-northern suburb of Perth that was once part of neighbouring suburb Ellenbrook south of The Vines. Pleasant’ and ‘peaceful’ are the adjectives which best describe Aveley. Lakeside shopping centre is about 5.4 miles away with Thurrock bus 22 three mins walk from the property which runs between Aveley, Grays train station and lakeside (Chafford hundred train Station). London bus 372, fourteen mins walk from the property which runs between Lakeside (Chafford hundred train Station), Rainham Train Station (C2C Train) and Hornchurch town centre.
C2C runs from Grays to Rainham and London in 20 mins. The nearest airport is London city Airport 8.5miles from the property.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
