Very nice house, walking distance from Birmingham University & QE hospital in sociable Harborne area of Birmingham. Easy access to bus & train to city centre. For the most part have use of your own bathroom unless their are friends visiting the owner, you will be staying with the home owner and have a television/DVD player in your own room. Looking for someone clean and tidy who is not a big party person, nice garden facility to use and nice surrounding places to visit and easy access to other parts of UK if you wish to explore

Our house is in a nice quiet area close to many facilities, bus & train to city centre is walking distance, also walking distance to Birmingham University & Queen Elizabeth Hospital and approximately 5/10 minutes drive to Cadbury World, easy access to motorways too that lead any direction around the UK

House Rules
This is a very nice, clean modern home, the guest would be expected to be clean and tidy and make sure the bathroom they use is presentable and clean at all times and clean the kitchen after their own use too. Their is an intruder alarm for house security, activate this when they leave if the home owner is not at home, no parties or drinking alcohol - generally treat our home with respect and no use of the house personal telephone or the home owners study also used as an office. They are welcome to use the seating area in the garden or even the dinning room if need space to work or study, no loud music

Tina is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful. Her house is immaculate, spacious, modern and clean. It's a short bus ride to the city and within walking distance to the university. I would very highly recommend staying at Tina's.

Tina is a brilliant host. She is very helpful and friendly. Her house is clean, smart and near the city centre (2 minutes in foot to the bus stop and 20 minutes by bus). I will recommend her and I would like to repeat this experience

What an amazing house to stay in! Beautiful Decor, comfortable room and bed. Spotlessly clean throughout.
Tina was warm and friendly and made you feel at home instantly.
The house gives easy access to the queen elizabeth hospital, and Birmingham city centre. Easy access to public transport both train and buses from the end of the road into Birmingham city centre within 15 minutes. I was sad to leave and will defiantly stay again. Can't recommend it highly enough!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
