I am a mom of two children- a boy and a girl. We're a very welcoming and warm family. We love outdoors and eating out. We all have different sports interests and love to go out to cinemas. Our main aim of sharing our cozy home is to learn from our guests, as they too learn about England and Brighton & Hove from us. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

About the Area
Our home is located 2 mins walk to the seafront, with beautiful seafront views, activities, parks, cycle lane. It’s about 20-27 mins walk into the City Centre. It’s located near beautiful restaurants, hotels. Nearest train stations are Hove, Brighton and Portslade station with trains taking you to some beautiful sites in Lewes and further South East and into Central London. You can also hire a bicycle across the road by the seafront to enjoy Brighton & Hove on the cycle lanes.
There're several bus stops both by the seafront and into the neighborhood supermarkets, restaurants and take away shops and into the city Centre and famous English schools.
The house is located on the quiet side of the seafront, with parks and walks across it and thus no noise from roads.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Our main rules are that you clean the kitchen after use, you can discuss with me if you want to include any meals apart from lunch which will be charged separately.
Laundry is inclusive if staying for more than a week.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom, we have a beautiful back and front garden with outdoor chairs and tables to use should you want to smoke.
Please make payment on first day of arrival after reviewing the room, then a key will be provided to have throughout your stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
