I have a spacious family home near Hove Park backing onto Woodland area. Its in a quiet residential area and has a bus route close by yet feels quiet as we are surrounded by woodland and have lots of birds and squirrels visiting!
There are some local shops ( post office, hairdressers , gym )and a restaurant near by.
The house is bright airy and spacious and it has a lovely large garden with a sunny decked area.

About the Area
Our house is located about 2-3 miles from the cite centre so its a nice brisk walk of about 30-40 minutes or you can get the local bus which is only 2 minutes walk away and runs every 20 to 30 miniutes.
A taxi to Hove costs around £6 or into central Brighton its around £10.
We are in a peaceful residential area.

We are pretty relaxed and like visitors to feel welcome and at home .
We keep the home secure so make sure all doors are locked. We are sociable but like to keep noise to a minimum after midnight . No visitors without prior consent.

The rollway is vert unconfortable and the sheets sere duetto, se have not everything a cup of coffe for the light breakfast

i advise this host at 100% ,
the family is very friendly , the room is very huge for one person and big enough for two .
i can't complain for sure .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
