A modern double bedroom, in a townhouse. Double bedroom, sole use of the luxury bathroom. Shared lounge with large sofa, TV and Wifi. Fluffy towels. Coffee shops, shopping facilities, restaurants & open spaces all nearby. London within easy reach. Fluffy towels. It is on a nice road within a quiet family friendly village/suburb.
Continental breakfast, tea, cappucino, latte, herbal teas, hot chocolate, juices, cereal, yoghurts and fruits provided in price, however we are happy to provide a cooked breakfast and evening meal for a small cost, if desired.
Additional Info
To leave my home in the state that you found it, to keep the suite clean and tidy up after yourself. Also no smoking is allowed in the house.

About the Area
Our house is in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood, with local coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, open spaces and shopping facilities. Also excellent links into central London, only 20 minutes from Broxbourne station. The 310 bus runs from Waltham Cross to Hertford just a few minutes down the road. There are buses into North London and good road links to Hertford, Cambridge and beyond. Paradise Wildlife Park is also a local attraction and Broxbourne has the Lowewood Museum.

Meals

House Rules
All house guests must pay towards the cost of any telephone charges at the property, if incurred.
House guests are responsible for keeping their own items secure. The owner does not take responsibility for any lost items
Part of the rules in our home is that all adults clean up after themselves, so we also require house guests’ to also clean up after themselves.
If any additional clean towels are required, please request this.
Smoking is not permitted at all in the home.
Any visitors must leave the property by 22:00 hours. Overnight visitors are not allowed, unless previously agreed.
House guests must not allow any rubbish to build up in the room and all rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bins provided.
House guests must not keep any inflammable items in their room.
House guests must not move or damage any furniture, pictures or wall hangings.
If you need to turn on the hot water or central heating, there is a control panel just behind the kettle and you merely slide the slider to the right, until it lights up.
House guests must leave their key in the room on their departure.

Michele is very kind, the room is nice but a little cold. The breakfast is not adequate, only milk, tea and hot chocolate. In the evening, his children made a lot of noise and therefore I was not relaxed. However, overall for a few days acceptable

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
