HI, I LIVE IN A NICE, SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE IN A QUIET CUL-DE-SAC IN CAMBRIDGE WITH MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER. OUR HOME IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE CITI 3 BUS STOP, WHICH IS ONLY A 10 MINUTE JOURNEY TO CAMBRIDGE CITY CENTRE AND JUST 20 MINUTES TO CAMBRIDGE TRAIN STATION. WE HAVE 2 COMFORTABLE ROOMS AVAILABLE TO GUEST. ALL GUEST BEDS HAVE RECENTLY BEEN FITTED WITH A NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS TOPPER FOR THAT EXTRA COMFORT.
WE ARE A BRITISH BORN EASY-GOING, QUIET, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL HOME STAY HOST FAMILY AND WE HAVE HOSTING GUEST FROM MANY DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, SINCE 2010.
*EXTRA GUEST SHARING THE TRIPLE ROOM WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA £40.00 PER NIGHT

THE CITI 3 BUS STOP IS ONLY A 5 MINUTE WALK FROM OUR HOME, WHICH WILL TAKE YOU TO CAMBRIDGE CITY CENTRE AND CAMBRIDGE TRAIN STATION.
CAMBRIDGE TOWN CENTRE IS A NICE, MULTICULTURAL AREA TO VISIT, WE HAVE 2 CINEMAS, UNIVERSITIES/COLLEGES/SEVERAL INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE SCHOOLS, THEATRES, CAMBRIDGE LEISURE AMUSEMENT PARK, PLENTY OF TRENDY RESTAURANTS, CAFES, WINE BARS, PUBS, SEVERAL PARKS WITH TENNIS COURTS AND OPEN SPACES FOR PICNICS, AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF CLOTHES/GROCERY SHOPS/MUSEUMS AND ART GALLERIES ETC

*NO COUPLES ARE ALLOWED IN OUR GUEST ROOMS. MOTHER AND CHILD/CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED, HOWEVER CHILDREN WILL BE CHARGED THE SAME PRICE AS AN EXTRA GUEST. EXTRA GUEST WILL BE CHARGED AT £27 PER NIGHT. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF WHEN USING SHARED AREAS OF OUR HOME. I.E KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND THE BACK GARDEN.
**PLEASE NOTE!!! AFTER PAYING THE 15% DEPOSIT FEE TO HOMESTAY,COM YOU MUST THEN PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE FOR YOUR BOOKED GUEST ROOM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THIS CAN BE DONE BY BANK TRANSFER TO MYSELF. I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH MY BANK DETAILS PRIOR TO YOU MOVING IN,
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OUR HOME AT ANY TIME, HOWEVER YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SMOKE OUTSIDE IN THE BACK GARDEN ON THE PATIO, WHERE AN ASH TRAY WILL BE PROVIDED. PLEASE DISPOSE OF CIGARETTE BUTS SAFELY.
PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM AFTER MIDNIGHT SO NOT TO DISTURB THE OTHER GUEST IN THE HOUSE
FRONT DOOR KEYS ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUEST. HOWEVER YOU MUST KEEP IT SAFE. IF YOU LOOSE YOUR KEY YOU WILL NEED TO PAY A £6 FEE TO REPLACE IT.
PLEASE PUT THE CHAIN AND BOLT ON THE FRONT DOOR IF YOU RETURN HOME AFTER 12PM AT NIGHT.
PLEASE DO NOT INVITE ANY STRANGERS INTO OUR HOME; IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INVITE A FRIEND OVER YOU MUST AGREE THIS WITH ME IN ADVANCE.

We enjoyed our experience at Sabrina's. Everything was ok for my son and I (except the bed maybe!!) : welcoming, breakfast and kindness of the host, the house is near stop bus and the kitchen very clean.

I recommend this. The room is comfortable clean and cozy but a little bit small. Moreover, there are shops not far from the house. If i have a chance to go to Cambridge, I will choose here. :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
