We live in the South Area of Cambridge in 4 bedroom detached house, Our house is a new built, very clean and furnished to the high standard.
We are a very friendly warm welcoming family and always there help you if you need anything and will try our best to make your stay comfortable as possible.

About the Area
Coton is Just a 5 minute drive from Cambridge's scenic College Backs, the house is 2 miles from Castle Hill and Kettle's Yard art gallery. The Grand Arcade shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can take a Park and Ride bus service or walk on a footpath to the City Centre.
The property is 2 miles from Cambridge centre and it’s only 8 min bicycle ride.

Please keep our home secure and double lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
Please no visitors.
No smoking
Please keep noise to minimum after 9pm.
Please remove your shoes when entering the home.
Returnable £100 deposit required per booking in 14 days advance.
Payment to made by bank transfer details will be provided after the booking has been made.
Any alterations on dates needs to be notify with sufficient time to be able to accommodate your needs and if applicable fourteen days prior arrival (subject to vacancies) please note that no refunds will be given after this period of time (except the deposit).
cooking facilities are not provided neither permitted. We would like to thank you in advance and we really hope you will enjoy your stay with us.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
