Your homestay host Denize welcomes you to Essex. Want to get a taste of the best things to do in Essex? I am more than happy to provide tips and advice on the best things to see and do in Essex and in the Clayhall area. I enjoy music, gigs, festivals and television but always look forward to meeting new people. Central Line Underground is a great way of getting around London and all areas. M11 and M25 Motorways are easily reached. I am located in an area buzzing with a variety of restaurants convenient stores and coffee shops.
Denize is 60 and enjoys socialising, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, travel, television, nature, fashion design, car, bike racing, and opera. She speaks English

About the Area
Our homestay is a really good choice in Clayhall. Once you complete your booking you'll get a mail with our complete address. Don't worry you won't have any problems finding us. I can help with transport tips too from central Essex if necessary. We are situated close to central line underground and near all motor ways M11 and M25. Approx 35 mins to London. Supermarket is just around the corner and a nature spot for walkers at the top of the turning. Its very central but not on top of busy roads. Its a great neighbourhood and all of my guests have been happy with the location.

Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Windows should be closed in the room when its empty
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you

Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! I am happy for you to use the kitchen if you want to heat up meals.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
