A three- bedroomed Apartment. Two
Bedrooms available from June 2021 There are 2 shower rooms, one, exclusively for guests. Shared kitchen complete with refridgerator, microwave, range oven\cooker, small freezer and dishwasher. Shared Reception room with Smart TV. Home is situated in a small Village in mountainous region of the Guadalest Valley. My husband and I occupy the property with On-street or off-road parking. Due to location of property, we offer free drop-off and pick-up to nearest bus and train station if guests want to visit the beach or other areas outside our local surroundings. Closest beach (Albir) and Benidorm is 35 to 40 minutes away.
Please note: Airport Pick-up and Drop off are at a supplement of €10 per person both ways.

About the Area
We have not got a garden but lots of outside space to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the lake and the mountains. The village is very quiet, most of the residents live elsewhere but spends the weekends in the village. The area is very popular for cycling, walking and running. as well as rock climbing. There is a public swimming pool in the next village, and a couple of restaurants in our village where we enjoy having a Tapas, a drink or a coffee.
Leisure Centre 15 minutes drive from our home. Swimming pool 2 km away. Beach is 40 minutes to an hour away from our home. Adventure Park, 40 minutes drive. The Castle, Guadalest - 20 minutes away.
Terra Nutura (zoo) and Aqua Nutura (water Park), Super Aqualandia, all located in Benidorm

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
