Hi there!
We are a happy family of 3. Myself and my adult children.
We live in a lovely large family town-house in the suburb of ESSEX.
We are very close to transport services.
Our home is a 3-minute walk away from the bus stop, and about 10 minutes away from Romford Train Station.
From Romford Station, London City Centre is about 20 minutes away by train.
We are 10 minutes away from the high street which boasts plenty of cafés, pubs and shops.
There is a wonderful co-op shop 3 minutes from the house.
In Romford, you can visit Romford Mercury shopping mall and Romford market.
Our area has plenty of parks to visit - perfect for walkers, joggers, runners, and cyclists.
We are offering a private flat with a private entrance downstairs in our home. We are available to offer guidance and assistance to our guests.
Guests have their own separate kitchen and bathroom in the flat - microwave, cooker
kettle, and toaster are available for use.
Guests can also use the washing machine for their laundry once a week in my flat upstairs.
There is carbon monoxide detector, Verisure security alarm system for guest safety and peace of mind both when in the flat and out.

House Rules
We adhere to quietness after midnight, a non-smoking family.
A Verisure security alarm for guest safety, smoke alarm, first aid kit, and carbo monoxide are also provided.

Free parking and space for one car in the driveway are available on the street.

We do not provide any additional meals.
We offer an additional 5 % off our prices as a discount for two months or longer bookings.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
