I live in a 3 bedroom property with sitting room/dinning room. Kitchen, and bathroom. 7 minute walk to the Tube/Train Station. Nearest Beach Southend, Leigh-on-Sea and Clacton accessible from Ilford Train Station. We are a 5 min walk from the Imfamous Valentine's Park and 15 min train journey to the famous Shopping Mall Westfields Stratford and the Olympic park respectfully.
We pride ourselves as a very close Knitt family and respect peoples ethnicity, religious beliefs/faiths, cultures, sexuality and more importantly people's space.
We are a diverse family that respects tradition but also moves with the times in this ever changing world.

About the Area
My house is 1 hour 46 mins from Gatwick airport and 1 hour 27 mins from Heathrow airport and 55 mins from city airport by train.
My house is located just outside of London just 20 mins away from London Liverpool Street by tube. It is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood with many local shops, supermarkets and gym nearby. I am 5 minutes by tube to Leyton and Leytonstone, 15 minutes distance by tube to the Oylmpic Park and Stratford Westfields, 20 minutes by tube to Bromley by Bow, Whitechapel. And a Bus ride to Barking, & Walthamstow .

The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk from my house where there are lots of regular bus options via this stop

I do not mind how late you come in as long as you are considerate and quiet.
Leave rooms as you find them - clean and tidy.
Keeping useable areas of the house clean and tidy, whiles maintaining adequate noise levels at all times. The useable areas includes the Kitchen microwave , worktop, Bathroom & Toilet.
Finally..... to enjoy your stay and be comfortable.

Omotade is always available to meet the needs of her guests and she really enjoys the companion so she is a lovely host making sure you feel as at your own home. A lovely TV is also available in the room that is great. Thank you.

Omotade was lovely. She made me very welcome in her home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Her house is very clean and tidy and the room I had was wonderful. It even had a TV! I couldn't have asked for a nicer host.

the host made me feel at home, and I liked very much the experience. the house is clean and the other guests were respectful and kind. My bedroom was very confortable. there are a lot of facilities near home, and the closest tube station (zone 4) is 15 minutes walking. it takes 30 min to the centre of london. Omotade was very kind and helped me a lot ! i hope to have another occasion to meet her!

Kim is a very polite and kind person. I reccomend you to choose her as your host.
As for area - it's easy and convenient to reach the center of London. The nearest undeground station is Newbury Park (this is the Central Line). It takes about 5 minutes to go on foot to supermarket, ATM, JD (clothing store), McDonald's, gym and other shops.Host reply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
