This is a cosy suburban house throughout, fully furnished, comprises of all new Ikea furniture: chest of drawers, single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe/mirror, bedside and table with lamp. It is light, bright, warm with plenty of storage space and very comfortable.

The area has a rich past shaped by its world famous shipyards along the Clyde, and boasts many attractions ranging from the iconic Titan crane in Clydebank, Dumbarton Rock to the beauty of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. West Dunbartonshire Council has a twinning arrangement with the French town of Argenteuil.

It is light, bright, warm, clean with plenty of storage space and very comfortable. Ideally suited to a long stay professional person or student. Duntocher (Scottish Gaelic: Dùn Tòchair or Druim Tòchair) is a village in Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Public Transport is within walking distance with various options available to and from Glasgow and the Town Centre.

Preferably a Student or Professional clean, tidy and a non-smoker. (*All bills with the exception of Telephone Calls are included in monthly rent.) So no further bills to pay.
The house is in good decorative order, spacious kitchen with plenty of space to cook. The house has gas central heating, dishwasher, wireless broadband, microwave, digital cooker, toaster, washing machine, shower room etc... The house is situated in a quiet suburban private housing estate with excellent transport links connecting to Glasgow and beyond. There are many nearby shops within local walking distance, 5 to 10 minutes.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Outdoor shoes and smoking are both prohibited inside the house. Your shoes can be stored in the vestibule shoe storage at the front door. If you want to smoke then the back garden is available for this purpose.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
