Hi All
We have a great en suite luxurious room to rent from September.
This room has build in wardrobe and 2 x chest draws - so loads of storage and double bed.
The house is very modern / eco allowing super living space and comfort for all.
We have big garden with lazy spa so perfect for relaxing evening.
The area is safe and suitable for morning jugging or cycling ( storage for bike available), but parking on road is not an issue.
Location; 7 min to bus stop to get to DVH, or 25 min walk to town center. Cycling can be option too.
We are looking for minimum 1 week stay, but happy to have long term lodger if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped so no need for you own pant/pots. If you are a lover of good coffee, we have build in coffee machine to help you start you day. If needed, we can provide small fridge to the guest room.
I am full time working NHS clinician in band 7 role, husband is in construction business.
We are fun, easy going family with 2 kids in school , but no pets.
We are both Polish , but fluent in English.
So if you are a person that get on easy with others, likes clean and respectful company, please give me a call / text me. I am happy to offer home viewing/ provide more pix.

Very nice neighbourhood, safe and friendly.
7 min walk from bus stop that goes to Bluewater or DV Hospital.
25 min to Gravened town Center.
Shorn park within cycling / jogging distance.
Train station - 25 min walk. Easy links to London.
45 min drive to Folkstone - for sea side fish and chip day :)
If driving - easy access to A2.

House Rules
No smoking.
No guest over night ( no boyfriends/ girlfriends)
Tidy up after yourself in the kitchen and living area.
Make sure you keep you room tidy.
Attend to you personal care - have shower after work :)

We are friendly and easy going - so only positive energy - no winging- that can be done at work :)
We normally go to sleep by 10... up at 5;30.
I often work from home.
Kids are at school 8-4.
No pets.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
