I have three children, 2 females over the age of 18 and a male under then age of 18 . Our family lives in a three-bedroom house in the south-east of Essex, our home is 15 minutes to a major shopping center Intu Lakeside, and 25 minutes by train to the heart of London, it is also 30 minutes by train to Southend beach.
We have a kitchen with Dining, which opens into a big garden, there is room for barbecues.
The descriptions of the guest house is a back self-contain apartment.It can accommodate 4 people with two double bunk bed has own shower and toilet no cooking but microwave

its is also 20 minutes by bus to the local beach.
we live in a very quite suburb
I enjoy cooking, so you can enjoy some tasty treat from time to time.

We are 20 minutes away from the nearest train station by bus, we have two buses that travel through our area every 20 minutes, these are routes 83 and 66. these buses also take you directly to Intu-Lakeside shopping center and the local high street.

Im not not happy there.

It was ok accomadation
Unfortunately there was little to no wifi not really Esther's fault
The weather was not great which made everything damp but again not Esther's fault
I would book againFebruary 2018
Didn't stay after arriving the room was a shed like construction in the garden, it was very cold, access to the room was by a back alleyway which was unlit. sorry!

j'ai passé environs une semaine chez Esther et c'est vraiment une femme au grand cœur qui m'a réservé un accueil chaleureux. j'étais comme en famille et je ne regrette pas du tout de l'avoir choisi comme hôte.

I had a wonderful 8 days living with Esther and her 3 kids. They are caring people. I am satisfied with her excellent service. St Chadwell Mary is also a great neighbourhood. Everything was awesome. I'm definition going to live with them next time I vista's the UK.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
