I live in kent on a beautiful development by the river Thames and am surrounding by lots if greenery which makes it a beautiful place for walks and picnics. I live with my husband and my son aged 11. Oh and my little dog Ralph that just loves everyone. We have a lovely sunny home with a beautiful spare double bedroom with ensuite and roof terrace. Which would be ideal for visitor. The house is only 8 years old. It has 4 bedrooms ,2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 4 toilets, dinning and living room linked, a conservatory, kitchen with utility room and a garden. We are close to wonderful shopping centre (Bluewater) and have the Ebbsfleet international train station a short distance from us. It can get to into London in 12 minuets. We also have other train and bus links close by.

Located on the award winning Ingress Park development, the house is only a short walk from the river Thames, woodland walks and Greenhithe train station (5 min walk). You'll be ideally positioned close the Ebbsfleet international train station 8 min drive), the A2, M20 and the M25 and Bluewater shopping centre (5 min drive).

Feel free to use the kitchen but please tidy up after. Keep noise down after 10pm. Do not invite strangers into the house. Please ensure front and back doors are locked when leaving the house. Enjoy your stay and please treat it likes it's your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
