Come and enjoy your stay in Hastings and stay in my light, clean, single room with comfy single bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, lamp & TV with Freeview/radio and integrated DVD player and plenty of storage space in my newly refurbished, airy, contemporary home.
You can have use of the kitchen facilities, pots and pans etc and for any long stays cupboard and fridge space will be made available.
My room is also on other sites.

About the Area
My home is a 4 minute drive and 17 minute walk to Hastings sea front and 15 minute walk to Hastings old town and new town centre. Close to local amenities and good public transport links. Ore train station and buses are less than 5 minutes walk away and Hastings train station is 20 mins walk.
It is an18 minutes walk from my home to East Sussex College Hastings, station approach campus and 8 minutes walk to the Ore Valley campus according to G Maps.

Smoking is allowed in the garden or out the front only and any guest found smoking in the room/house will be asked to leave immediately.
Please keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm
Shoes off when going upstairs and on the carpets please
Payment Method:
Please note that we require our guests to pay 30% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)
Cancellation Policy:
We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice of any cancellation for a booking of 1 to 14 days.
14 days notice of any booking of 2 to 4 weeks
28 days notice for any booking of 4 weeks or longer
Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
