we have a single room with a single bed , which has a wardrobe ,two chest of drawers, it is at the front off the house. We don't provide meals but there would be enough room in fridge and cupboard for you to put your own stuff in and of course you can use the kitchen
Beverley is 60 and enjoys music, gigs, , reading, television, gardening, board games and football.
Terry is 58 enjoys cooking, music, gigs, festivals, socialising, board games, gardening and football.

Our homestay is a really good choice in St Leonards On Sea. Once you complete your booking you'll get a mail with our complete address. Don't worry you won't have any problems finding us. I can help with transport tips too from central East Sussex if necessary. we are not in brighton

I stayed with Bev and Terry for 2 months! They were excellent hosts, very friendly and easy going. They were very helpful with my new start in Hastings and I felt very comfortable in their house.
The room was cozy and heated very well. There was a lot of space for clothing and stuff. And although the house is close to a main road it is very quite at night!
I also had some space in the fridge and a cupboard and was able to cook daily.There is a bus stop right outside the house and the choice of 3 different busses that get you to the center of Hastings.
There is a mini market right across of the house and bigger super markets nearby.And last but not least there is also a very handsome cat in the house, named Clyde! He loves sunbathing so he spends a lot of hours outdoors!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
