Welcome to our family home!
We take pride in offering our guests a warm & inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home, being greeted with a welcoming ambiance & a friendly smile (even our cocker spaniel smiles!)
Our large & spacious double bedroom with en-suite is the perfect place to explore the city, take long river walks or for working here.
You'll have everything you need for a comfortable and productive stay & Private car parking.
THE SPACE
The very room you will call home is accessed off the ground floor of our detached Victorian family home, directly off the entrance hall making it easily accessible.
The room is equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay, such as central heating, a remote control ceiling fan & light, a remote control window blind and a remote control wall-mounted TV with ROKU provides a wide variety of entertainment choices for your enjoyment. (lots of remote controls here! lol)
It is a large double bedroom and adjacent to the en-suite shower room, you'll discover a bright and airy dressing room, providing ample storage space for your belongings.
For those traveling for business or requiring a dedicated workspace, a spacious work area awaits, ensuring your productivity and convenience throughout your stay.
To make your stay even more delightful, we have prepared a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and little goodies, ensuring that you feel truly at home from the moment you arrive.
AND you can rest assured that you'll have the privacy you need while still enjoying all the benefits of staying with a friendly family and our cocker spaniel called 'Flo'.
We take pride in offering a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. We want you to feel like you're staying with friends, not just in another hotel.
We don't claim to offer an oasis, but we do promise a comfortable and enjoyable stay that will make you feel right at home.
GUEST ACCESS
Our home has a private drive for parking, so you won't need to worry about finding a spot on the street.
If you're looking to cook or make yourself a cup of tea, our large open family kitchen/breakfast room overlooking the private garden and BBQ area is available for your use upon request.
Long-term guests can also have individual cupboard and fridge/freezer space if required.
We want you to feel at home during your stay, so if there is anything else you need or have questions about, just ask!

We are passionate about making sure our guests have a wonderful stay with us.
We're always available to offer any help and advice you might need throughout your stay, whether it's recommendations for local attractions, tips for getting around, or just a friendly chat over a cuppa.
We understand that everyone's needs and preferences are different, so we'll respect your privacy if you prefer to keep to yourself. However, if you want to get to know us better, we're always happy to have a chat and share stories, especially if you want to know more about our hometown, Hereford.
We'll provide you with our contact details so you can get in touch with us anytime during your stay. We'll also make sure to check in with you periodically to see if there's anything you need or if you have any questions.
Our lovely Cocker Spaniel, Flo, is always happy to greet guests and is known for her friendly and playful personality. We'll make sure to introduce her to you during your stay, but don't worry if you're not a dog person – we'll keep her away from your private space.
At the end of the day, we want you to feel like you're staying with friends, not just in a rented room. We hope you'll enjoy your stay with us and create some unforgettable memories here in Hereford.

About the Area
We are 5 minutes away from lovely walks along side the River Wye. A 1 hour walk from Brienton Springs which is a lovely walk through the fields and aside the river.
Walking into Hereford City Centre takes 10 minutes, where the stunning Hereford Cathedral is.
The Rowing Club and Bishops Meadows and large open spaces only a few minutes away.
Even though we are so close to the city is quiet and tranquil.
Sainsbury’s supermarket and Aldi’s is a 5 minute walk away also.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
