Alan is a self employed professional who lives alone in a modern 4 bedroom 3 storey town house. He has been hosting students and travellers from around the world for the past four years. The house is situated just 8 minutes by bus from Liverpool City Centre. The area is served by an excellent bus service and buses run every 10 minutes. The area is a busy cosmopolitan neighbourhood that is within easy access of a host of vibrant shops, bars and restaurants and is only a 10 minute walk to the famous Lark Lane.
On the ground floor there is a toilet wash room, TV lounge with access to Sky TV and DVD player etc. There is a large kitchen/dining area. to the rear of the building there is a large garden with decked patio area ideal for BBQ's or just sitting out.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms one single and one large twin room that is en-suite shower and toilet. There is also a family bathroom with toilet and bath.
On the second floor there is one single bedroom and a large twin room there is also another bathroom that has a shower and toilet. There is also a study area with desk space computer and printer.

Our homestay is a really good choice in Dingle you complete your booking you'll get a mail with our complete address. Don't worry you won't have any problems finding us. I can help with transport tips too from central Liverpool if necessary.

My friend and I stayed in different host houses while travelling around UK but Alan was by far the best host houses we have stayed in. The apartment is extremely clean and well furnished with great access to the internet . Alan is not just a perfect host but definitively caring person. He helped us to arrange lots of things during our trip and he also makes a delicious dinner and breakfast. Our trip to Liverpool would not have been the same without him . Highly recommended. remember, it is only one Alan Donnelly!! :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
