We lives in a 4 bed house with two bathroom in Broad green, on the south side of Liverpool, Our home is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop in to city center & 7 minute walk to train station with connection for all over the country. We have a very nice relaxing lounge with a Medium size kitchen and separate dining room that opens into a lovely Garden. There is a stone BBQ area. We have two spare bicycles, which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay, also plenty of car parking space if needed.
Nearby crosby beach is very safe and has a lifeguard year-round. Liverpool was chapel of culture in 2008 and voted a town to visit in world travel. if you like foot ball, history , and music, this is the city to be in with a excellent selection of cafés, bars night clubs and restaurants.

There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host offers qualified language instruction Spanish & French language. One hour of instruction costs 30.00 GBP.
The room rate includes the following services:breakfast, dinner, Tea and coffee any time, washing machine usage, and internet access, plenty of parking for car.

Comfortable and clean, relatively easy to find. The host was friendly and helpful. The only criticism was the house was a little too warm... but rather that then too cold.

I had a wonderful stay with Sharon & felt right at home with her, her family & other guests. Spotlessly clean, beautiful home & garden & she went the extra mile by providing me with slippers, toiletries & dressing gown.
5 star plus & I can`t rate her highly enough & will definately stay again if she ever has the room!! Thanks for making my stay so homely & restful Sharon, hope to see you again :)

Very kind and sweet people, good location and services. Easy train connection to city center: about 20min walk and train.
My daughters and my wife were very happy to meet Sharon and her friends. That's wonderful 5 days! If we'll ever be again in Liverpool we don't miss to go there again.October 2012

Sharon's house could be as your own home. She is very considerate with everyone. The house is only 10 minutes on train or bus from the city center, and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. I went there with my my daughter, and she was always looking after her needs.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
