My home is a 3 bedroom house in Dagenham- East London with close proximity to 2 underground train stations, Dagenham Heathway and Dagenham East (District Line), both within 15 minutes walk. Easy access to Central London, there are also many places of interest to visit within the area- e.g Merrielands Retail Park, East Thames Plaza, Lake district shopping centre, , Stratford Station, Olympic Park, Southend on Sea for a day out at the beach, and North Greenwich for the 02 arena.
I am happy to let for short term tenancy initially, it can then be renewed if appropriate , or daily or weekly as required
There is an open plan kitchen, newly
with modern appliances. There is garden at the back and a drive way in front of the house. There is also
wheelchair access to the front of the property,. Street parking is not available.
My children lives close by and my grandchildren visit periodically. The language mainly spoken is English, unless when friends visit, and then I will revert to my native language.
Check in time is from 15.00 -21.00 and check out is 12.00 .
36 hours notice is required from booking to check in.

House Rules
No Pets, non- smoker. Must clean up after themselves. Give consideration to other people in the house, music must not be too loud.
Open plan kitchen, not suitable for children
Downstairs bathroom and Toilet.
The house is a shared accommodation so be mindful that others may wish to use the utensils, clean and tidyness should be maintained please.

VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED, ONLY CONFIRMED GUESTS AT BOOKING.
OVERNIGHT STAY FOR VISITORS WILL BE CHARGED AT £55/NIGHT/ per person.
Guests are not permitted to use my address for postal purposes
Smoking of cigarette or E- cigarette is not allowed, and that includes the garden and the drive way

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
