Spacious family home with a detached newly built granny flat with its on walled courtyard patio in the back garden. Ideal for short stays and independent students, it boasts a large garden , in a smart 1930's semi and is ideally placed for exploring the vibrant city of London. Easy access to buses, 5 min walk to Kidbrooke train station( zone 3), 7 min to Eltham station, a 5 min bus ride from the O2 and North Greenwich underground station . Many attractions await, including The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Natural History and Science Museums. Within easy reach are Greenwich Park , Greenwich Maritime Museum, Greenwich Cutty Sark as well as leisurely cruises along the Thames and Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford. Shops 200 yards, pub 300 yards.
All rooms are on the ground floor.
Open plan Living/Dining room: With cable TV, DVD player, CD player, sofa(for 2 adults or 3 children) and French door leading to patio.

Our spacious terraced property is located in Eltham in the safe leafy suburb London Borough of Greenwich . Decorated and furnished to a very good standard, guests will enjoy being surrounded by the numerous up-market shops, bars and restaurants that Greenwich has on offer. This delightful holiday property will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests - with smart TV and access to a private courtyard. A well-equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining area. This property is the perfect place to explore central London, and being one of the most popular cities in the world, there is plenty to do and see in this bustling city. Guests wishing to enjoy a shopping break will be thrilled to know that the popular destinations of Knightsbridge and Bond Street are also within easy access, a short tube trip to visit some major department stores, alongside top restaurants, bistros and café bars that are predominant in London. The O2 and Excel Center are also only a short tube journey away and offer guests the opportunity to visit one of the many shows and exhibitions on offer. There are regular bus and underground services giving access to all parts of London, making this the perfect base for guests to explore all of the attractions .
We are easily accesible to all London airports . London city airport is a 10 min drive away , 30 min drive to Stansted and 50 min drive to Heathrow.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
