Being very near to central it will be a perfect place in London as travelling here can be quite time consuming. Luxury living at an affordable price near TOWER BRIDGE/ Shoreditch / Spitalfields Market and restaurants and bars. There's also a 24hours Mcdonalds just 3 minutes away from the flat.

It is Fantastic three bedroom second-floor apartment situated in Aldgate East. A great flat for young professionals or travellers wanting to be close to the City of London and also the trendy areas of Shoreditch and Spitalfields.
This home comprises of nice double bedroom, furnished with double beds, side tables and wardrobes. An open plan kitchen in combination with a lounge (includes a sofa, dining table, fridge/freezer and washing machine) makes this property perfect for relaxing and socialising!
Located on a quiet residential street just off Commercial Road, close to local amenities including the unique range of bars, cafes and restaurants that Shoreditch and Brick Lane have to offer. Aldgate East (District and Hammersmith & City Lines - 7 mins walk), Aldgate (Metropolitan and Circle Lines - 10 mins walk), Liverpool Street (Hammersmith & City, Circle, Metropolitan and Central Lines and National Rail - 20 mins walk), and Shadwell (DLR - 10 mins walk) stations are all a stones throw away, to easily get you around London. The Royal London Hospital is a 5 min walk.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
