Warm relaxed double bedroom in a 3 bed house with own garden in West London. Excellent transport links directly to Central London via the Central and Piccadilly Lines and great bus links to the Bakerloo Line, just 30 minutes by car to Heathrow Airport.
3 minutes from the property, is a bus stop with buses running every 10-15 minutes which takes you to Hanger Lane or Park Royal underground stations (5 Minute bus ride) if your feeling healthy a 10 minute walk to either station. Hanger Lane station is only 4 stops away from the Westfield shopping Centre in Shepherd's Bush, which has numerous Shops, Restaurants/ Bars (Cinema, etc) all situated to convenience. Ealing Broadway is also only 15 - 20 minutes by bus which also has numerous Shops and Restaurants.
For the Sports or Music Fan Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena are 15 minutes by car and 20 - 30 minutes by bus. In Wembley you also have the London Designer Outlet and Wembley Box Park which hosts street food from around the world and great designer fashion at discount prices.
The commute into Oxford Circus will take you approximately 25 minutes – Once in Oxford Circus, there is plenty of choice for everyone as there is an abundance of shops, Restaurants/Bars, Art Galleries and a vibrant Night life atmosphere. Covent Garden and Hyde Park are also famous tourist areas which are very easy to get to and are within close commute of Oxford Circus.
The home is in a quiet area with a nice park, cycle trail and canal waterways taking you to Ladbroke Grove, Paddington Arm and beyond. In the summer months there is a lovely private garden where we can relax have summer fun and enjoy a barbecue. In the winter the house is homely and warm with Gas Central Heating, and fully double glazed. We have a relaxed lounge/living room with separate kitchen dining with a full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. I am a happy and fun loving person who loves to laugh, cook, and spends time with my family on weekends especially my granddaughter who comes to stay with me every other weekend. I work in the community with families and young people and enjoy a fun snack packed movie night in.

Please note I will respond back to you but as I am out with clients in the day it will often be after 5 pm ( 17:00)
When leaving the home please ensure to lock the front door with the key and secure all windows.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm ( 22:00)
Unfortunately there can be no pork or shell fish eaten in the house or cooking of nuts, but eating nuts is fine, due to severe allergic reactions.
No cigarette, vaping, pipe smoking or substance misuse is allowed (No smoking in the House).
Light drinks are okay, No heavy alcohol drinking .
Kitchen can be used, must clean up and keep tidy.
Bathroom must be kept clean important to be left how it is found (No stray hairs)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
