Hi, my name is Cleo.
I live alone in Walthamstow (East London) in a lovely, quirky two bedroom home.

My home is very close to Blackhorse Road station which is on the Victoria Line, you can enter Central London within 20 minutes.

I have two cats and a pet snake, so I must be paired with an animal lover. My snake is completely harmless and lives in a big enclosure in the living room.

In the day, I work full time as a Student Services Assistant at Kaplan International Languages; I love helping and meeting international students. This is how I was introduced to the idea of hosting and I knew it was the perfect thing for me.

Alongside working at Kaplan I run two companies, including a fashion line and a cat sitting company. (I go to visit people's homes and take care of their cats when they are on holiday.) Checkout Cleo's Cat Care on Facebook & Google to see my reviews!

I love to cook and am excited to share meals each evening with my student, I would especially love to try new cuisines from their home countries.

Some weekends, my partner Theodore will visit on the weekend. He works for Croydon University Hospital as a Library Assistant.

He is just as excited to be part of my hosting experience and we can't wait to welcome our student, involving them in all of our usual activities, playing board games together and visiting all of London's treasures.

I hope to see you soon!

I loved staying with Cleo! She is so kind and makes sure you always have stuff you need. And she genuinely cares about the people who stay with her and that they’re having a good time in London!

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
