Our family has a large English background from my husband side and Italian background from my side. We enjoy cooking and traveling when possible.
We are a family with 3 children age 7, 4, 3. We don't have pets and we offer confort and privacy to our guests.
We love hosting and we have 2 beautiful triple rooms en suite in the loft and one room at ground floor. We can offer the rooms as single room for one person or for more than one person if you come with your friends up to 4 people. Each room has bathroom and shower inside apart room Music that has the bathroom outside the room. We have a large experience in hosting students too especially during the Summer. We have always great feedback from our guests.

About the Area
Our house is near the bus stop for the bus 297 (2 minutes walk) and two tube stations with the main train lines, Piccadilly line (10/15 minutes walk) and Central line (9 minutes walk). The area is really safe and there are shops nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay in London with such a welcoming and accommodating family. The room was very quiet, cosy, and clean, with its own bathroom. Also, the house is very close to the tube, bus, and shops. I will fully recommend Marianna's home to anyone who is looking for a nice and comfortable room and needs easy access to central London.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
