We have been Hosting since 2019 with AirBnB and are Superhosts and Guest Favourites and only recently decided to make our home available with HOMESTAY.
Two young elderly homeowners who love to travel and also love to Host. We have two very clean bedrooms in one of the smallest villages in Bedfordshire with easy access to Luton Stanstead and Heathrow Airports as well as Railway links to London and the North.
Most of our guests choose our home for being in a very small and very quiet village that is near to Cambridge, close to surrounding airports and easy access into London as well as being close to golf courses and watersport area.
You will have the 1 or 2 rooms to yourselves and your own bathroom. We serve a Continental breakfast . We provide a very full Continental Breakfast and are keen for guests to forward any allergies or dietary requirements in advance, there is Fridge, Coffee/Tea available in the rooms, we do not allow access to our Kitchen though.

About the Area
Our home is located in a very small and quiet village in Bedfordshire. There is no through route so has very low traffic. There are some lovely walks in the area and we are only a 40 minute car ride from Historic Cambridge. We have in the Village a Post Office open (Mon to Fri) and The Little Acorn Cafe open (Wed to Sun 10 to 4). St Neots town has various restaurants as well as Bedford town. with some of our Favourites. Both have a shopping area but we have many supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Milton Keynes has a large shopping Mall.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Only children from 2 years or older can stay. We have stairs with no gates so not suitable for very young ones.
We have a cat called Bella who rules the house!
We ask guests to remove their footwear before walking on the stair carpet.
Our breakfast is continental style and usually served at 08:30 but we are flexible.
We require you to consider the environment and not waste water.
We live in the home and do not expect loud noises after 20:00 so please keep the noise to a minimum.
No parties are permitted.

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
