We live in a quiet. Street not far from the town the bus stop is not far form the house we have three bedroom a nice garden a conservatory. A spacious living room we have no pet it in smokeing home but they can smoke in the garden.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet area of Southampton. We are 10 minutes from the city centre via a bus. We are 15 minutes from the main train station . There are many local train stations and airports but LGW LHR airports are a 90minute drive/ train journey. There is also a major couch company based in Southampton.
My home is in a great location,on one hand you get the benefit of a nice quiet area. it's also a perfect location for the local collages and schools with lots of transport available in the area to get around. 2minute walk to a local bus stop from the house. Southampton has lots of shops, food courts and trendy bars

June and Jim are LOVELY people. The home is warmly friendly and clean. They enjoy many quiet visitors in their home and made us feel that we were part of the clan.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
