Our house locates in Sutton, south of London, about 30minutes from central London. It comprises of 4 guest bedrooms, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms, ideally located in the centre of Sutton and within walking distance of Sutton grammar school, high street and train station, making it easy to explore the shops in Sutton and city of London. Only me and my wife are living in the house.
*Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit us a copy of their ID before check-in by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online.
Please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip.
1. Bathroom is shared on first floor. On the ground floor, there are kitchen, dinning room and breakfast room.
2. We only accept those who don't cook in the kitchen but can use a microwave.
3. We speak Chinese and English, like to play badminton.
4. We accept students only or graduates but not for those over 25 years old or under 18 years old.
5. We only accept who living less than 3 months

I had a great stay with Jin and Daisy. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect, very close to the shops and train station. I highly recommend them.

This has been the most incredible experience of my life. The hosts are incredibly kind people and willing to help with whatever I needed. The house was very clean and neat. The pictures of the room are 100% authentic, in fact the actual rooms were better than the pictures. I absolutely loved living there and almost didn’t want to leave. I will 100% live here again, if they have availability and I’m in the areaThankyou so much for everything Jin and Daisy, you are amazing hosts but moreover incredibly kind humans.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
