We are just North of Santa Clarita in a little one horse town called Agua Dulce near Santa Clarita, Newhall, Sylmar, Acton, Palmdale, Lancaster they say it is the land of sweet water it is absolutely beautiful. Our ranch sits on a Hill top above the aqua Dulce say airport. Our guests include pilots astronauts surgeons nurses from the local hospitals in turns film industry people and other professionals. You can read our reviews on air BNB. However we have decided to offer this full time now in increments of 90 days at a time. We offer discounts to people who help out around the ranch like feed horses and dogs. We live in a gigantic Cape Cod style house this is a private apartment with a private entrance with a private bathroom above the garage. You must love dogs and Horses you will be in contact with them through a fence they are very friendly dogs and they like to play fetch. Near Vasquez Rocks in Agua Dulce Skyview Ranch Studio Apartment Includes All Utilities and AC cable TV and wifi Pool too. Available oct 2020 Private entrance, it is a separate apartment above Garage. Perfect for traveling Nurse or Doctor Close to Palmdale Hospital as well as Edwards Airforce base / Boeing / Northrop Grumman. Very Quiet and Peaceful Environment. Come and Explore our little Town of Agua Dulce. Willing to offer reductions in the rent when we trade services like feeding dogs and horses.

About the Area
Our house is a Horse ranch on the top of a Hill It is a very quiet area it is not a party house it is a retreat we host a lot of writers and corporate people in town doing business. We do not have any public transportation near us so you would have to have a car. Must love horses and dogs will even discount to feed horses and dogs once in a while. As we travel a lot.

House Rules
No DRUGS or smoking . No parties. Guest are allowed with notice. You must provide current govt issued ID and or passport and a link to your social media. There is a kitchenette in your Room there is also an outdoor kitchen by the pool and patio we have had people stay for up to 6 months at a time and have never had a problem with cooking easy meals or enjoying the outdoor barbecue and kitchen area

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
