I will be sharing my home with the guests during their stay, I work from home, and am home all day every day, I need a roommate to share this is a beautiful Luxury Buckhead Atlanta Apartment with me, it's a short walk to local upscale dining, nail shop, beauty salon, fast food, Coffee shop, groceries, pharmacy, Phipps Plaza and Lenox Mall, – Buckhead Station shopping center. This is an NFL Sports fan dream home, my home will include smart TV’s, wifi, internet & cable, housewares w/ premium kitchen appliances, Office workspace w/Apple iMac, wireless Printer & fax, Washing Machine & dryer, EV charging station, car care center, Free Parking, pool, 24-hour Gym, The kitchen has everything my guest (room-mate) will need to cook dinner with, Premium Cookware and Bakeware Set, electric mixer, K-cup maker with Milk Frother, Ninja Professional Blender, Deep Fryer, Ultimate Grill, Waffle & Pancake Maker, Vacuum food sealer, Cutting Board, Crock-pot 6 qt, Egg cooker, Automatic Bartender Premium Cocktail Machine with drink mix salt or sugar), Cuisinart Digital Powerful Steam System (for seafood boil), Hot Popcorn Air Popper, 2-Slice Toaster Oven, Air Pressure Wine Bottle Opener, Electric Can Opener, chef knives set plus much more.

You’re Just minutes to local dining, nail salons, pizza shops, beauty salons, coffee bar, groceries store, pharmacy, retail, liquor store, movie, football stadium, Phipps Plaza, Lenox Mall, and the MARTA – Buckhead Station. Additionally, award-winning restaurants, upscale shopping, and GA-400, I-85, and I-285 are just minutes away.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
This is an upscale apartment complex, my roommate must respect community rules in all common areas (pool, 24-hr Gym, Bike Repair Station, EV charging station, Car Care Center, Outdoor fireplace, Outdoor grill area, etc.)
The mandatory cleaning fee on the day of departure for my roommate is $75.00
No party, No large gatherings, No loud music.
(Quiet Hours 8 pm 8 am)
No hanging out outside of the property.
No unregistered guests nor additional guests staying at the property without permission.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
No pets are allowed on the property.
No smoking in or around the property.
Turn off lights and AC when away.
Leave the place as you found it, Clean up behind yourself.
Damage, misuse, or missing to Apple Ipad $600.00
Damage, misuse, or missing to Apple desktop iMac computer $1,400.00
Damage, misuse, or missing to Epson colored-4760 printer $499.00
Damage, misuse, or missing to Specialty appliances $499.00
Fail to leave the property in the same condition received +$175.00
Note that if you break ANY of the house rules, you will be asked to leave immediately!
There are Absolutely No REFUNDS IF YOU BREAK THE HOUSE RULE!
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
