Hello, my husband and I are the proud parents of 4. We have a daughter who is 20, a son who is 18, another son who is 16, and another daughter who is 4. We live in a six bedroom, 4 bathroom home, and we have an empty basement bedroom that we are looking at renting out to a college student. The bedroom is private, but you will be sharing the basement bathroom with my oldest daughter. You will also have access to all of the other bathrooms, the dining rooms, the living areas, the kitchen, and the laundry facilities in our home. I do have to tell you that my family and I have pets in the home. We have 3 friendly but large dogs, and one cat. So if you are afraid of animals or allergic, unfortunately our place wouldn’t work for you. Also, my husband smokes, but he does it outside, there is no smoking in our home. We are a very close and active family. We enjoy doing different things together like playing games, going to the zoo, going to museums, having movie night, etc. We hope whoever comes to stay with us will participate in some of our family activities! We also cook dinner several nights a week, and your welcome to eat with us as well. We hope to be your home away from home, and maybe become somewhat of a second family for you, and we look forward to hearing from you.

About the Area
Bellevue is a small town just off of Omaha, Nebraska. It is a quieter town, with less traffic. We live about ten minutes from Omaha, fifteen minutes from the airport. Most of the main colleges are located within a 20 minute drive, except for Bellevue University which is only about five minutes down the road. Everything that you need is within a 20/25 minute commute.

House Rules
No parties in our basement, keep your bedroom clean as well as picking up after yourself in any other common room in the home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
