Hello and Welcome to Smallwood a Private Lake Community.
This is a 2 room suite with a share bathroom. I have a 1/2 bath in my room but we do share the shower. I work a lot so i’m in and out all the time. My schedule is always changing.
A magical, place, going back in time and in nature. Walking distance, to Hiking trails, mini waterfall, rivers, outdoor workout station, dog park, and Mountain Lake. All within walking distance.
Take a hike Smallwood hiking trails or a bike ride or paddle board around the lake,take a dip. Go to dinner at the Lake front restaurants at the near by White Lake. A few miles from the Woodstock Historic site and Museum. 2 exits from the Resorts World Casino & Kartrite water park.

About the Area
3 blocks from the water fall, 5 blocks from the Beach entrance to the lake. This is a quiet residential, vacation home hamlet. Lots to do with in walking distance, and so much to do near by as well. 6 miles from Bethel Woods Performance art center and Wood stock museum, neversink hiking trails and walking distance to Smallwood Preserve which has a lovely hiking trail and Hemlock.

House Rules
No shoes, shoes are left on the porch, or paper slippers provided or bring your own fun socks! Please be mindful of any pills, prescriptions , pain meds, even vitamins can be toxic to our pets. Be kind to the plumbing, no hair, wipes or sanitary napkins to be flushed or put down the drains, please use the waste baskets. No cooking after 9pm, please use the exhaust fan and shut the ceiling fan while cooking. Please wash dishes leave 10 mins to dry then put them back. No weapons, no drugs, no smoking , no loud parties this is a quiet neighbor hood with lots of kids around. Please be respectful.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
