I live on a quiet road in Pennsylvania on the boarder of the State of Delaware. It is my dog, bullet and I. My home is located a few minutes from Interstate 95, approx. 15 min drive to Philadelphia and 10 min drive to Wilmington. It is a four bedroom, 1.5 bath, two living areas, dining room, kitchen, large deck, and above ground pool.

About the Area
My house is located 3 min drive from Interstate 95. My home is in Pennsylvania but very close to the Delaware State line. I am a 10 min. drive to Wilmington and a 15-20 min drive to the City of Philadelphia. All shopping malls, groceries stores and farmers market are all less then 10 min drive away.

House Rules
No smoking in the residence, no pets, and please do not invite strangers into my home; if you would like to invite a friend over just arange it with me in advance. Feel free to use the kitchen, laundry, living room, pool (in season) but please clean up after yourself. Please enjoy your stay and treat my house as you would your own.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking prior to arrival however please note, as per the terms and conditions you agree to on booking, the 15% online deposit of the total booking price is non-refundable. To cancel a booking, send an email to cancellations@homestay.com
If you've paid any or all of the balance owing for the booking directly to the host family in advance of your arrival, and you then cancel the booking at least 7 days before the arrival time and date, the host family will refund any money they've received from you immediately. If you've paid any or all of the balance amount for the booking directly to the host family in advance of your arrival, and then cancel the booking less than 7 days before the arrival time and date, you will not be entitled to a refund of any money you've already paid directly to the host family.
Transportation is not provided. Remainder of your balance is due to the Host prior to your arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
