Come and stay in a spacious 1 bedroom in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet 2 family building.
The apartment is conveniently located 3 blocks away from the Bedford/Nostrand G train. Also, the B38 bus which quickly takes you to downtown Brooklyn is literally right outside the apartment.
The apartment is fully equipped with bed linens, and towels and is fully furnished. The living room has Roku-enabled TV that allows you to watch Netflix, Amazon, or Netflix when logged into your own account.
The dining room has a table and two chairs allowing space to spread out and work. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, Keurig machine, tea kettle, and also an electric hot plate to allow light cooking. Please note: there is no full-size stove in the kitchen.
Street parking is easy and free. Spaces can usually be found in front of the building.

About the Area
Our house is located in the heart of Bed Stuy Brooklyn. Minutes to shops and restaurants on Bedford and Nostrand Aves. The closest grocery store is a block and half away. Also, walking distance to public library, coffee shops, city pool and city park. The block is generally quiet, and filled with residents with families.

We had a really nice stay at Antoinette's apartment. It is a very decent flat, there is everything you need and Antoinette was a lovely host!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Antoinette's place. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with all we needed, the location close by to the metro like 5-7 minutes walk which was perfect. And then, the host - Antoinette, who made us feel like at home and was very kind to us. We highly recommend Antoinette's place to everyone. In fact, we have already done it and a friend of us will stay at her place in a couple of months. Thanks for everything during our stay.

The apartment was beyond perfect for our needs. Very clean, spacious and well located. Easy to get to in different types of transportation.
Antoniette was very attentive during our stay while still providing a great independence.
In summary, we could not have chosen a better host for this trip. Highly recommended.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
