We live just south of Seattle close to bus lines in Burien WA. on a quiet road. Our home has 3 bedrooms, is clean and comfortable, with lots of room. We have a large kitchen, dinning, living rooms where the main TV is located. My partner and I work full time in our local school district Mon - Friday. We go to bed around 11:00 and get up early. We are healthy eaters and cook most meals at home. Our available room has TV, internet and a shared bathroom.

About the Area
We are a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, 2 corner gas stations, subway, Smokey's hamburgers, a nail parlor, the bus line and Fred Meyer a large grocery, pharmacy and all purpose store. We are 20 minutes by bus to Seattle City Center and a 7 minute ride to Burien proper where there are lots of eateries, library, post office, gym and community center. We are 10 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and to the train in Seattle.

House Rules
Please keep noise to a minimum on weekdays after 11:00pm, guests must be arranged in advance, always lock the house. Clean up after yourself. Always lock the doors when you leave.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
