Private room rental in 1 of 3 bedrooms (shared space with host), in 2 story, Smart home with tons of upgrades; built in surround sound, smart locks, outdoor security cameras, stainless steel appliances, hot tub, private backyard, and more! 20 minutes from uptown, 10 minutes from Concord Mills Mall, Charlotte Racetrack, etc.
Full access to laundry room with washer and dryer.
Private bathroom. We will share common areas but your bedroom and bathroom will be private.

Full kitchen access packed with stainless steel appliances and all accessories.
Google home downstairs - just say “ok google” and ask a question or make a request. Have it play Spotify, tell you a joke, tell you the weather, etc.
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Hummingbirds frequent the backyard to feed on the honeysuckle bushes; makes for a pleasant treat!

My house is located on the right side of Bernardy Lane in a safe and quiet suburb. You are welcome to park in the driveway or on the sides of the street.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Pets are allowed with additional $15 daily fee and must be house broken. Any stains, damages, and/or pet hair may result in additional pet cleaning fees.
Pet fee maxes out at 2 weeks. *Can be adjusted for longer stays.
Pets are allowed with additional $150 deposit. This will be a secure transaction via Airbnb. Deposit refundable within 1-2 business days after check out.
The deposit is non refundable if any damages occur during your stay. Depending on the severity of the damages you could be liable for more.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
