Wicker Residential is located in the historical Wicker Park neighborhood here in Chicago, IL. Wicker Park is safe and beautiful location for visitors, tourist and long stays. If you don't mind me, explain: Me home is amazing space in the heart of Wicker Park/Ukrainian Village, Chicago is Perfect hub for a vacation spot or the business traveler who doesn't want to stay at a stuffy hotel!!! Right across street from public transportation (Division Blue Line) great restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries, live music venues etc...Me wish to be to be you host.
six very close blocks to public transportation (both the Damen and Division Blue Line stops) Great restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries, live music venues etc... Conveniently lovely neighborhood, super quite but yet filled with lots of excitement and plenty of things to do.
both artistic & very easy going,clean and super friendly.super nice and cozy private room just off the dining room and also offers a new full bed, closet and dresser.
the main space has wifi,cable tv and and pretty spectacular reading room,a second living room and full dining are perfect to make yourself comfortable in.also i have a full old school-ish kitchen at your disposal if you so desire to cook. this is one of three rooms that i list. i have two a/c units, one of which is portable. If you run hot, please let me know,as i typically do not need it.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. Shoes off at door.
2. No guest are allowed in home, without booking registration.
3. No smoking in home.
4. No pets.
5. Checkout is 9:30am.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
