This place has it's unique location. We are close of a huge shopping mall with dining and shopping all in short driving distance. And it's just a 25 Minute drive to get to downtown San Diego or to the airport. The place is very quite and safe. We have this nice little bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and closet.

About the Area
Our house is located in the west wing of the complex. Not to close to the main traffic street. It's a very quite neighborhood. You should know if you come to california people using their AC's so you might here AC noises. This is just a heads up if you are very noise sensitive.

House Rules
I put the kitchen as a off limit area, because I made the experience that people do not clean up after themselves and I felt like a cleaning mate, also after addressing the problem. Anyway if you want to head something up in the microwave, toaster oven or the oven I will have no problems with that at all. What I don't want to see is if you start prepping meals and start cooking like chef Ramsey. We are a vegetarian household so we expect you to follow a few little rules. We do have a separate cutting board for meat. But as of me providing you a light breakfast it's most likely some eggs and toast with some vegetables. Please let me know in advance if you have any dislikes to any vegetables.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
