Sarah's Way is a 3500 square foot home on a hillside in Coos Bay Oregon. There are three residents, Don, Richard and myself, Sarah. The entire second floor is dedicated to my guests with three private rooms. You have access to most everywhere in my home, and may use the kitchen or laundry room 24/7. I have a fenced in back yard and a BBQ you can use if you like. There is a flight of stairs going up to the rooms, so if you can't do stairs I'd advice against my place I'm sorry. Also, we have two indoor/outdoor cats and are 100% pet friendly - just an FYI in case you have allergies. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and super quiet street. I hope you'll come stay : )

About the Area
Our house is on top of a hill that has a canyon in the back yard. There are three levels of decks out back and also there is 3500 square feet to roam around inside. There are 5 bedrooms and two floors. The kitchen is huge and we do a lot of cooking. I'm interested in short-term stays as well as long term stays. Pets are also welcome here because I know how hard it is to get a place with a pet.

Smoking is allowed outside and basically you may use the common areas whenever you'd like. That includes the living room and then the kitchen, dining room and back yard with patios.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
