This space is a guest bedroom in a beautiful newly built home in a safe neighborhood. The room shares a bathroom with another guest room. Whether you’re just looking for a place to rest your head for the night or looking for longer term stays, this is a great place.
- Two house-trained and people-friendly cats live in the house.
- Comfortable Queen size bed with clean and soft linens.
- Bedroom is on the first floor. There are no steps/stairs to get to the room.
- Many bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream, toothpaste, makeup towels, first aid kit, feminine hygiene supplies, and lotion.
- Space reserved in fridge and freezer for guests.
- Filtered water and ice through the refrigerator door. Reusable water bottle is available for your hydration needs.
- Washer and dryer available for use.
- Desk and office chair in the room.
- Large dining table can be used as a workspace. High speed internet throughout the house.

About the Area
Neighborhood has plenty of lakes, walking trails, playgrounds, and splash pads. We have two adult size bicycles that you can borrow to explore around. You will need a car/Uber/Lyft to get around town as public transportation is not readily available in Houston.

There are many other chain restaurants nearby. Chili's, Cheddar's, Saltgrass Steakhouse, Panera, Marvino's and many fast food restaurants are within few miles. Towne Lake Boardwalk has MOD pizza, Torchy's Tacos, and other nice restaurants.
H-E-B (Texan grocery store) is about a mile away. Kroger and Walmart Neighborhood Market are 2-3 miles away.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT LET THE CATS OUT OF THE HOUSE.
1. Extra towels are in the room. Please ask if you need more towels or toiletries.
2. Coffee bar is in the kitchen/dining area. Feel free to help yourself to coffee anytime.
3. Top shelf in the refrigerator and freezer is reserved for guests.
4. If you plan on cooking a meal, we will be happy to provide pots, pans, oil, and basic spices. Just ask us where they are.
5. We ask that you do not leave any dirty dishes after the meal. Dishwasher pods are under the kitchen sink. Dish soap and sponge are by the kitchen sink.
6. Your door has a key for you to lock the door when you step out. Please leave it on the door when you check out.
7. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am.
8. No smoking or vaping in the house.
9. Absolutely no illegal or recreational drug use of any kind. You'll be asked to leave immediately without a refund if found/suspected of drug use.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
