Beautiful condo, in a small complex with pool and putting green, located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and only 1.2 miles from beach! I am in my early 60syr old, English speaking, active, professional woman that works ans HR Director. and share the condo with Gracie, my friendly 11 yr old, 25lb dog. I have a furnished guest bedroom/bathroom available to rent to female (no men or couples) preferably around my age, that is also active and eats healthy (I work hard at this I grew up in New Orleans which is known for their amazing but not "healthy" food). I prefer 30 day stay or more but will consider minimum two weeks. The condo is 2/2 with kitchen, large living/dining combination room.

About the Area
Beautiful 2/2 condo, in small complex with pool and putting green, located in safe neighborhood and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, fitness facilities, churches, and 1.2 miles from the beach! I am active 62 yr old professional woman who works from home and share condo with my 25lb 10 yr dog Gracie. I have guest bedroom/bathroom available for active female, preferably around my age, for 30 day or longer stay. Will consider minimum of two weeks. I try to eat healthy and walk 3-4 miles daily. I love the beach (was my sole reason for moving here almost 5yrs ago from Dallas area).

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
