Airy master suite located in the suburbs of Austin, TX. Minutes to COTA for F1, 360 Amphitheater for concerts, major toll roads for quick transit to several Central Texas locations, and the airport for when it is time to leave our fair city. Easy commute into Austin center. Extensive backyard with several shady fruit trees and gardens. Patio with seating and BBQ pit for grilling in the evening.
Ensuite bathroom has double vanity, separate tub, and shower. Master suite has electric fireplace, 43" Roku TV to enjoy your favorite streaming content, mini fridge, coffee maker, ample closet space and a desk/vanity work area. Iron with ironing board and hair dryer are also in the room. Shared living room has wood burning fireplace, ample seating, and large screen TV. Fully stocked kitchen with island and separate table overlooks the backyard through french doors. Laundry is equipped with washer and dryer.

About the Area
In the center of several venues, Ten Minutes to COTA, NLAND Surf Park, and the Airport. Only 12 miles to Austin City Center and all the business and night life there. Fifteen Minutes to McKinney State Park with several miles of Hike and Bike trails as well as the falls.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
