Home is shared with three other adults and one infant. We are quiet, professional, spend most of our time outside (weather permitting!). We are yoga teachers, farmers, cooks, and parents. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and the many common areas of the home with us and all of us have extensive experience living communally.
Breakfast is available for an extra fee of $5/day. We will make a menu according to the guests dietary needs. Most likely options will include Oatmeal, egg dishes, and waffles or pancakes. Please let us know a week in advance if you would like to include breakfast with your stay. Coffee and/or tea is also available with breakfast. Dorm fridge available for your room upon request no extra charge. There is plenty of pantry space to hold any no perishable foods you like to keep during your stay.
Dogs are welcome as long as you let us know and we have a chance to discuss. The dog needs to be well trained and good with other dogs, cats and people/babies. There will be an extra fee for your dog depending on the length of time here and time the animal will be alone in the house.

About the Area
This is the last house on a town maintained road, but only 5 minutes from State Highway 28 and 10 minutes from downtown Delhi. The Town of Delhi plows the road and there is garage parking so it is accessible in all weather. Feels secluded and peaceful, but is close to SUNY Delhi, PriceChopper, gas stations, public library, Bovina, Andes, and Walton. Trails and roads maintained in the woods and fields and hunting, hiking, and other outdoor recreation is encouraged.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
